Just had service done on my fireplace after owning the house for 2 years- phenomenal! Affordable, efficient and explained to me how to use my fireplace. I would highly recommend.
What a great experience. From the first time James entered our house until Shawn put on the final touches, it was great. Every person we interacted with was respectful to us and our house. Buffalo Fireplace worked with us to come up with a custom shape, getting the correct measurements, and ordering exactly what we wanted. The fire logs and doors are a perfect final touch on the centerpiece of our first floor. Thanks Again!
I was having a problem with my fireplace and called. The gentleman that I spoke to took the time to walk me through solving the issue. Doing this was well beyond what I expected. I would encourage people to use this company - and thank you again.
We had our fireplace installed back in August. I called a few places for quotes and James was the only person who actually took more than a minute to talk to me and explain the different options available and really provided so much information to help make our decision. The installers we had were fantastic. They were in and out by 1pm and were very respectful.
