Horrible customer service. Originally paid deposit and scheduled back in July, fence not installed until February! Zero communication on delays. Called multiple times for Emily to ask for updates. Always got the same run around: “Can I ask who is calling?” After replying and being on a brief hold: “Sorry, Emily is out doing estimates.” Never heard back. Eventually the crew showed up last month to install. Again, zero communication. I cannot recommend this business.
Better quality assurance and keeping customers informed of scheduling changes. Listen to their customers who are paying them, clean up after they are done working.
I contacted Buffalo Fence and told them I needed a fence around some electrical equipment on the reservation. I sent them a scetch and they went out of there way to get my job compleated.
