I have been going to buffalo exchange for years and have dropped tons of money into this place. I have consigned clothing and all. Today I went in there and got yelled at for trying on a zip up the front sweatshirt over my shirt. Their reason was you can hold stuff up to your body, but they don’t want it touching your face by pulling it over your head. I brought a few items in last week and was told they'd love to buy a jacket and a shirt. I was planning to sell them, but didn't have ID on me, and was told I could come back and they would definitely buy them. I went back today once I found my ID and was told they wouldn't buy the items after all. I feel that this is an unacceptable and unprofessional way to run a business, and think there should be some accountability if claims such as these are made. Some of you may have better luck, but I, for one, will not be returning.
