I really don’t understand what the protocol is for buying clothes. I’ve shopped there multiple times and I’ve seen some hideous stuff. So i really didn’t understand why when i brought 10 pieces in they didn’t want a single item?? What a waste of time. Will not be returning, even as a customer.
RecommendedSo happy to have stumbled upon this gem! The store is well lit, organized, clean, smells nice and has fabulously nice and helpful employees. The hours are great as well, we were able to hit them up after dinner! So much fun stuff available bit I had to settle for just one item this time...but it's a smashing pink holographic bag with matching wallet in excellent condition! With stopping in and swiping through the hangers!
Buffalo Exchange is not what it used to be. They fallen under the mainstream trendy fashion “must haves”. And they don’t accept plus size clothing in great well maintained condition or jeans that are well maintained in variety sizes. It may say that on the website, but they don’t! Plato’s Closet took more items than this place did. If you plan on selling your clothes here DON’T. You’re better off going somewhere else.
The buyers are too picky. Took a lot of good clothing and they only bought 3 pieces of clothing
What a terrible experience. I didn’t go in thinking I’d be rich emptying my closet after losing 70lbs, but there were definitely a few seasonal shirts. I brought 3 garbage bags of clothes and the unhappy looking woman evaluating my clothes certainly wasn’t a fashionista. I donated 3 bags of well taken care of clothes. I’d rather go to Ross than give that pompous bi$ch one dollar of my money... what a scam... flannel in Texas as she lectured me is what they are looking for.
