Do not book an appointment with Dr. Reyes. I have never met a doctor so dismissive. The first red flag should have been how quickly I was able to get an appointment—I called on Tuesday and was scheduled for Friday as a new patient. I went in to discuss a tonsillectomy because my original ENT couldn't perform the procedure he suggested I get the tonsil removed to give me relief of my chronic problems with them . They know absolutely nothing. Just blame it on something he knows nothing about
They will charge you HUNDREDS of dollars for services that you were not told would cost extra money. They will tell you a quick look in the nose is part of the visit and then charge HUNDREDS of dollars without telling you. They will then send rude letters demanding you pay them for said services. Apparently you need a lawyer to go with you to doctors appointments these days or you will walk out hundreds in debt to them.
