My father has been a resident about 2 years and they have loved him and cared for him during this time of covid just like family. Let's us know of any issues or concerns. This is not just the normal assisted living it's a home.

I would think twice before putting a loved one at this facility. Domingo (Director of nursing) blacklisted a wound care nurse from the Heartis facilities because she has tattoos. I know personally that this nurse is fantastic with her patients, very professional, provides over the top care, and works hard to build trusting relationships. And despite NEVER receiving a patient complaint Domingo felt her tattoos did not line up with the "high end" facade they are trying to portray for their cash paying residents. At first glance it shows as a beautiful well run establishment and it is upstairs. Go down to the assisted living area and you will see a total difference. It is more like a country nursing home & very sad. No exciting programs set up for these poor people...nothing fun or exciting to look forward to. If you know anyone that needs to go to an Assisted living place the nicest one I could find was Brighton Gardens @ Mesa & Spicewood.
