My son lived there, the whole time he was there they wouldn't fix anything his kitchen stove didn't work, carpet was supposed to be replaced but wasn't, had problems with plumbing, even told them if they would give him paint we would paint it because she said it was time for it to be painted, but never got the paint. After moving out he received a notice from collection that he owes them over $1,000 but rent was paid up for a month after he moved.
