Mark did an incredible job and had my bracelet fixed and ready to give back to me in two business days...very impressed! The skill set and versatility of Mark and team is incredible!! Also the customer service value was excellent, Mark and Andre were both very gracious!
Needed my ring resized and Mark did a great job. He seemed very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He also made sure to resize it in a way that wouldn’t affect the designer’s inscription! He tightened all of the pave stones in my band for me too. Will definitely be using him in the future when it comes time to design wedding bands. I’m so glad I found a jeweler I can trust!
