Unprofessional, made appointment, they never showed or returned call until next day. After they imspected house, ( a week later) they declined to buy, OK, But no other follow up after request for a lower quote. I requested the pictures shared to me and no response.

They keep calling me, trying to hassle me to sell my dead grandparents house. I told them so many time to stop calling.

They called me trying to get me to sell my 300k house for 100k and were extremely rude when I told them no. I don't know how they got my phone number either.

This is a company that cares,and these days that is few and far between. They are professional, honest,and bottom line is not just about the money. Homeowner passed away, the family took over,they were ruthless. Even about their brothers passing they didnt seem to care about anything except the money. They sold the property to Brick and Morter.The tenant was asked to leave so that they could rehab the place.In the meantime,the tenants child caused a plumber to have to come out,and they did not bill the tenant.They also made ... read more

Sick of the way you market and send postcards- it’s annoying and weird how you say the last thing we want to do is waste marketing dollars- NO the last thing you should want to do is upset people!!!! Obviously money means more to you!
