If I could give 6 stars I would! Dr. Shah so personable, open yet professional and intelligent. Did not even feel like an initial visit, felt like i’ve been a patient forever- literally how easy it was to be on a sick visit. We were talking like I’ve been under his care. Staff always welcoming and friendly. Dr Shah is very thorough and explains everything and asks if you have questions after explanation. This is what every patient wants. I would highly recommend Buffalo BreatheNow to anyone with a respiratory issue.

Dr. Shah was so caring and knowledgeable. He took extra time to explain processes related to my husband’s condition. The facility was very welcoming and I would highly recommend this for anyone who has respiratory issues and require immediate care. I wish all physicians had the bedside manner of Dr. Shah. I walked in during an asthma attack afraid they’d send me to the ER, and instead I received the BEST CARE I have ever had from a doctor’s office. The receptionist and the woman she was training, were quick, kind, and understanding, even letting me sit and my husband answer what he could for me as I struggled through symptoms.
