From the minute I walked in the door and the young lady at the front, was very friendly and pleasant. Then the Medical Asst came out to bring me back to triage. Another young lady that was very friendly and listened to everything I had to babble about that had been happening to me for 7 months. Then she takes me to the room to wait for Dr Shaw. Everyone here is absolutely fantastic. Very thorough and do everything they can to get you to where you need to be. The NP Shannon O’Brien is very kind and works with you. She even called in the doctor Dr. Kumar Shah to look over me since I live pretty far and they wanted to make it as easy as possible for me and my travels! Would highly recommend.
Yesterday was my first time in, I was seen by Melanie about concerns with my lungs. I had a X-Ray and she went further to do an EKG. I was reassured and overall the visit went very well. Good staff and clean environment. I was referred by a friend but I would highly recommend if you have any upper respiratory issues or concerns. Melanie was absolutely amazing and I’d request her!
The staff were professional and kind from start to finish. The receptionist provided a welcoming and efficient experience, Noor was remarkably professional and compassionate, and Dr. Shaw delivered outstanding care. I was thoroughly impressed and highly recommend their services
If I could give 6 stars I would! Dr. Shah so personable, open yet professional and intelligent. Did not even feel like an initial visit, felt like i’ve been a patient forever- literally how easy it was to be on a sick visit. We were talking like I’ve been under his care.
