If you want to get picked up at 3 am from a party limo bus for the airport for you and 11 of your friends, Tony from Black Limousine Service is the place to call. He had fresh water, lights, and music ready to keep the party mood alive, even as we were half-asleep and juggling luggage. Just a fantastic organization. Rick and Randy were both awesome drivers. Was taken around Buffalo then into Ohio in a clean and comfortable Genesis sedan with a massive backseat that was perfect for banging out some work. The hourly rate is more than fair. Thanks again fellas.
I had a pretty challenging experience with them when inquiring to book. Instead of just telling us they were booked, I felt like I was being annoying and having to chase them to get an answer and they’d ask a question to which I’d respond and then waiting again. I was sending multiple emails before they’d respond. I wouldn’t recommend.
Absolutely fantastic! I arrived in Buffalo last minute and during a very busy time. Tony worked hard to arrange last minute transportation for me. Tony did not want to let me down. He was professional and friendly. He arranged for my driver to be Tim. Tim was friendly , professional and a great communicator.
