Buffalo Black Car charge me the full ride when I canceled the service before the service. The quotation never had a cancellation fee notice in the quotation. They are trying to rip me off and we’re extremely unprofessional.
Rick was great!! He was very attentive and thorough to our needs. Offered appropriate suggestions when needed. He was just super friendly and accommodating, we had an amazing time.
I cannot say enough good things about this company. I had to change dates, times, etc… multiple times due to travel delays and every single time they were more than accommodating. When I finally did arrive the driver was prompt, professional and the SUV was updated, comfortable and clean. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone needing transportation services.
The team at Buffalo Black Car & Limo was incredibly helpful with our last-minute request, had exceptional communication and follow-up, and saved the day!! We'll certainly use them again in the future.
Great service. We called in the early afternoon for a ride to the airport the next morning at 4:45am. Larry was there 10 minutes before and it was a smooth trip. Would recommend this service.
