Today was one of the hardest days of my family’s lives, we had to put our sweet baby Cake-Lynn to rest. I had heard about Buffalo and Beyond from my sister in law, and we called immediately when things started to go south. The receptionist who answered the phone was so empathetic and caring. Doctor Victoria came to our home today to help with the passing of our dear sick senior cat Nibbles. Doctor Victoria was absolutely wonderful & caring. She made this very difficult time bearable. She was extremely kind & explained the process delicately to us. Bless her for being so kind.

We recently used the at-home services of Buffalo & Beyond. From start to finish, the staff made a very difficult process bearable. Christy was incredibly helpful, patient and understanding when I first called. She explained everything thoroughly and answered any questions I had and made me feel comfortable with the process. When the time came, Dr. Victoria was amazing. She was also very patient and empathetic and handled the situation with kindness.
