Super fun time! Brought my in laws to downtown and we decided to spend an hour kayaking. We laughed and we’re able to see some skylines.
They cancelled our 9a reservation at 826a via email when we were already in our car. I called them after arriving and not seeing them at the meeting location. They informed me of the email and they were not apologetic but defensive. It just wasn't a good experience.
We had a blast this evening with Chad and we are so happy to have enjoyed real nature in the middle of downtown Houston!!!! Relax, beautiful, unique and so centric!!!!
Cancelled an hour before 6pm departure for the tour up to the bridge to watch the bats, not because of weather, but because of staffing (they only have three employees: manager quit, one employee sick, last employee already worked their entire day shift). If we had known sooner we could have at least rented, but they stop rental service at 5pm. Disappointing ending to a day downtown after the Astros game while visiting from out of state.
