I started going to this gym shortly after Tucker opened many years ago. I moved away for 8 years so my main weight loss journey wasn't done here but I still reached out to Tucker many times over those years to talk with him about weight loss. When I returned to Buffalo 2 years ago and needed a gym I chose BAC. Open 24/7 with pass code entrance, clean working equipment and environment, when something isnt working properly its a quick message to Tucker and a prompt fix is done, he is also still very involved in my weight loss/... read more
My favorite place to be besides home! Tucker is always on the spot when there’s any issues with equipment, whether it needs fixed or replaced.
Great equipment and wide selection for all exercises no matter the level of athlete.
