I had a great experience at Rochester Arthritis and Joint Pain Center. I went there because of right knee pain that radiated up the back of the thigh. I didn’t want to go to an orthopedic surgeon for cortisone injection. My primary care doctor sent me for X-rays, and recommended an orthopedic surgeon. I went to the Rochester center in Perinton, NY. They gave me massage-gun treatment and injections. My left knee and left hip are both much better! I can walk on uneven ground with much less difficulty than before, and improvement is continuing.
This was a very good experience. I was told that I needed two knee replacements and didn't want to do that. The option to proceed with this group was a godsend. Each appointment was on time, no waiting. The overall change in my knees has been amazing - I can walk without pain. It is easier to rise from a sitting position and the best part is being able to sleep at night with no pain. I would recommend this group to anyone facing knee problems.
