Totally sketchy business. Called a (716) local number to inquire about getting a dishwasher fixed and confirmed an appointment. Get a call at 9:30pm the night before the appointment from an (877) number saying they don’t have a certified repairperson for dishwashers “working in that area” (which happens to be Buffalo) and were cancelling the appointment. This was the worst experience I’ve had this is NOT an appliance repair company it is a call center who they contract out to they have absolutely no knowledge whatsoever f what is going on.
