While I was associated with New York Adult & Teen Challenge for half a decade I was only worthy of employment for 5 months before my departure and my review is reflective as such.I would summarize my experience as deeply toxic beginning on day one. Compared to the secular world I would suggest that 95% of the staff’s talents and passions do not reflect their roles and there is lackluster training at best.
