Ceramic Pro Elite is by far the best company I have been to! I have had 4 of my car tinted at other places, and they can not compete with the quality and craft of ceramic pro. They make it an easy process without being aggressive like other companies trying to upsell you. They were super kind and very professional. I now also go to their car wash on a regular basis for their excellent work at buff masters right next door!
Friendly people and didn’t feel judged for having my young son wait with me not just that they take pride in quality in the shop
Took my car in for an appointment, was told it would take 3-3.5 hours. 4+ hours pass and I haven’t heard from them. Called them multiple times with no answer. Decided to go back to the shop only to see my vehicle still in the parking lot. Was told that it would be another 2 hours before my car was done. No phone call, no heads up, nothing. Awful experience do not recommend
