Well I just wanted to thank Samantha, Stuart, Phillip, Dave and the whole team that recently treated a second vehicle (white, 2019 GMC Yukon XL Denali) with Ceramic Pro. It's incredible how nice it looks and just yesterday, out of the blue, a lady walking by commented "what a beautiful truck", when she walked by in a parking lot at Long Leaf mall as she was admiring our red, 2011 Chev Suburban LTZ. These guys are the best around the work they do is far above the rest.
Our car was recently stolen and the interior was trashed and reeked of smoke. We called Buff Masters in the middle of an extremely busy day asking for their help in bringing our car back to the way it was before it was stolen. Not only did they squeeze us in to their schedule, but they far exceeded our expectations. The car looks amazing and our mechanic even said he if we hadn’t told him what happened, he would’ve never known! Thank you so much to the team there for taking such great care of us! We are so appreciative!
Impeccable attention to detail. Very professional staff. Their hustling work ethic was very impressive.
We brought in a 2017 Accord that had not been interior detailed in almost 2-1/2 years. The seat stains would not come out for us. When I told a Phillip what I suspected they were he said he could not guarantee they would come out. My family is very disappointed in the dishonesty and lack of accountability at Buffmasters. After having one of our vehicles taken there for an interior detail in February, I made an appointment for the same service on our other vehicle in July. When the credit card bill arrived, I noticed that the service in July cost nearly double what we paid in February. I just picked up my 2018 Silverado and I couldn't be happier. Phillip and crew did an AMAZING job on my truck. I had a small creased dent in the driver's side door, it's gone! (Thank you to that crew member) They filled all chips with the correct color. They did the Gold package Ceramic Pro inside and out. My truck shines better than it EVER has!
