We received one bad review a while ago regarding rain coming into a garage. The client set the grade and was repeatedly warned that it was going to be too low. The client did not want any sort of raise in grade to his elderly Mother having to deal with it while parking her car in the garage. The floor height was set at his request to be even with an existing driveway, and does not reflect the standard practices of Buff Creek Concepts.
