Workers are always so kind and the products are always amazing!!! I only shop at this location
Disappointed in the bath bombs. I was excited today to bring my kids in for a bath bomb and when they used them the ones with lines in them the color literally come off first thing and doesn't color the water. Where is the fun in that.. waste of money and super expensive. I'll be going to the nutrition store to get the memphis bomb for now on.
Love the soap and moisturizer.
Buff City is literally my "go-to" but when you have a bad experience with the staff, it definitely ruins it for future visits. A few weeks ago I came in and grabbed 2 laundry soaps to bring to the counter to get it scented. While 1 girl was doing that for me, I was browsing around and another employee took over for her and I guess started making the soap.
