While I love the Buff City products and I'm a regular very good shopper here the customer service and people working there have been consistently rude, snotty and not helpful. I'm so disappointed as I really love these products. I will make a point to either shop online or at a different Buff City moving forward given the poor customer service I have experienced on multiple occasions. The previous couple of times I didn't write a review thinking maybe it was just an off day or two but this is becoming a pattern not a one off... read more
I bought a room spray, and it smells amazing! Both women were incredibly helpful and kind, and gave me a tour of the store as well as showed me how to apply for the rewards! Will 100% be coming back, and I highly recommend. All products are made in house and the staff are simply wonderful.
I went in today with the name of a soap that my mom wanted. Aaliyah was so helpful helping me find just the right thing that i needed to get in and out. I will 110% be back to shop for myself.
