Poor customer service. I ordered $75 worth of laundry soap in order to get a free body wash within the promotion time. They didn’t have the scent I requested so I didn’t get any free body wash. No back up options. Always Loved this location, assumed they would make it right, but they didn’t. I’ll be taking my money to the Stacy Road store.

10/10 I cannot recommend this store highly enough. The product is phenomenal. From the bar soap to the laundry detergent, I have loved everything we have tried from here. (Bar soap, shower oil, bath bombs, liquid laundry detergent, laundry scent booster ((totally unnecessary because the detergent itself is SO fragrant), shave bars, car air freshener....) I love the handmade products with real ingredients. They’re much more gentle on the skin and they smell great and much much better quality. it’s not mass produced cheap products that you find most places. This is my favorite for all soaps and lotions.
