Poor planning Manager. It's a Saturday, noon, the holiday season, right between Thanksgiving and Christmas and the shelves are bare. Virtually no holiday scented items left, almost no unscented products prepared to customize. No large gift boxes, no holiday colored ribbon, no shreds. Girls putting labels on bottles crooked, just ugh.
Wrong address entered and they will not fix it or cancel the order after I literally just placed it. Any other place would fix it or cancel it right away
First time ever going and I will be back! I bought multi purpose cleaner and absolutely love it! My home smells so good! Plus I picked up a mystery box and received soap, epsom salt and a bath bomb! The products are such good quality and the girls working were kind and eager to help
Poor customer service. I ordered $75 worth of laundry soap in order to get a free body wash within the promotion time. They didn’t have the scent I requested so I didn’t get any free body wash. No back up options. Always Loved this location, assumed they would make it right, but they didn’t. I’ll be taking my money to the Stacy Road store.
