Love buff city only place I will get my laundry soap from now on.
Not sure if I reviewed or not. This is just based off an experience I had in 2023. I was pregnant and was going to do reveal the gender of the baby to my mother in law on mother's day. The cashier lady had the audacity to say that "girls can like blue too" when I told her I wanted the soap bar to be wrapped in pink for the gender reveal of my baby. Previous experiences here have been great! I just happened to select “no receipt” at checkout, and although I used my rewards account, the sales staff was unable to attempt and try to find my receipt for an exchange. Bummer. I’ve spent some money here, but will begin to shop elsewhere.
