Came here with my wife and son. The staff was so friendly so we gave them homemade cakes as gifts. We took pictures with them and we had a really fun time. My son painted a little complementary bath bomb and had a really fun free arts and crafts session. They are friendly and love to talk and explain their products which are great. We use their detergent and my cloths smell and feel amazing. Best soap shop in the county.

I’ve been a long time customer at this Buff City Soap because of the positive atmosphere and great products the store provides. However, I had recently gone to the store and experienced a very disgusting display of customer service. I had asked an employee, her name was Katie, a question about their seasonal collections, she was very snippy and rude with me. Becca was so amazing. 🔥 I definitely would recommend this shop! The soaps smells so amazing! Can't wait to try the laundry soap! 😋 definitely beats bath and body works.
