The manger Madison screaming at the employees for no reason and not being customer friendly
I saw the manager, Madison, screaming at her workers for staying over their shift because they were with a customer. Doesn’t seem like she’s very customer forward.

The people that work at this store are so helpful and amazing. I had an issue with and order I placed online being sent to the wrong address. I wasn't even sure if they'd be able to help but I called this store because I didn't know what else to do. They got right on it, helped take care of my issue and made sure my order got to where it needed to. I wish I had gotten the girls name who helped because she was fantastic! Thank you Buff City Holland Store!
