For as much as I love these products, I can no longer support a company who employs people whom clearly do not want to work. Customer service is dying, and this is another example. The millennial and older generations who work there are nice and understand how to be helpful, answering questions etc. Now I am very polite, always and if you aren't there to simply answer my question (how much does this cost) without an attitude, why are you even working there? We went to the one in Forest Lake and bought mystery boxes, and the products were damaged... so we went back into the store and the woman working there said "that's how the products are so supposed to look, we can't sell them on the shelves because they are damaged". Well then why would you sell them in a mystery box? The customer service was horrible, they were rude to us and no where was it advertised that the mystery box products would be damaged.
I have heard sooo many good things about buff city soap from co workers and one of my students and I ended up buying soo much and I am soo happy. I literally bought almost a product in every section. When I checked out they also gave my daughter a few free samples. Will definitely be coming back!!
Love this place! Good customer service and even better products! I NEED one in St. Paul area so I don’t have to drive 45 minutes 😭 even Woodbury would be amazing.
