Have never had an issue at this store until today. Did not have a good experience when I went in Saturday afternoon. I purchased a shower oil for a gift and the top was not secure and it got all over my car and other bsc items I purchased including my body butter I purchased and got inside the container. The store employee was not friendly and said she could only replace the shower oil even though the body butter was also ruined.
I absolutely love buff City soap. I use it for my work purposes, my laundry purposes and even use it to clean my house with. This is the best soap that I have ever found. I will always order from buff City.
Beautiful place with a very high level of customer service! My daughter and I just moved to Celina and stopped by while exploring. They let the kids color a half bath bomb and keep it. Very cool place. Highly recommend!
