I want to love coming to this location, because I do enjoy downtown Celina… but multiple times I’ve made the trip here, over the other locations, and the online hours didn’t match the store hours posted on the door. Very frustrating

Have never had an issue at this store until today. Did not have a good experience when I went in Saturday afternoon. I purchased a shower oil for a gift and the top was not secure and it got all over my car and other bsc items I purchased including my body butter I purchased and got inside the container. The store employee was not friendly and said she could only replace the shower oil even though the body butter was also ruined.
I absolutely love buff City soap. I use it for my work purposes, my laundry purposes and even use it to clean my house with. This is the best soap that I have ever found. I will always order from buff City.
