I had the best experience at Buff City Cape Coral today! The staff was very kind and helpful. I was even able to customize my own laundry soap scent. I can't wait to return!
Absolutely terrible. Never felt so uncomfortable or unwelcomed in a store. The place was disgustingly dirty, the staff blatantly ignored me, and it was a mess. How could a place filled with things to clean be so gross??
Love this store! The staff and manger are so friendly and helpful. The manager really took her time to help us find what we were looking for. 10/10 would recommend!
WOW.... because i posted this review they said I can no longer shop with them. I’ve been a loyal Buff City Soap customer for years. My entire family depends on these products—not just because we love them, but because we have allergies and sensitivities that make your clean, quality ingredients a necessity in our home.
