We’ve been into Buff City Soap in Burleson a few times now, and honestly… we won’t go anywhere else. The staff has been incredible every single visit. Dakota especially has gone above and beyond helping us out, and customer service like that matters. Pro tip: order online and pick up in-store. Super easy and smooth process. Also, get the shea butter soap. Seriously. Even with soft water like we have, it makes a HUGE difference. Clean store. Great people. Awesome products. I have been coming to this location for over a year now. Every time I come in the ladies are so friendly! Felicia is always the best at mixing me up different scents to try for my laundry There has not been one she’s made that I did not like. I recently got a custom loaf of scent and she helped me pick a scent and design my soap I picked it up and absolutely love it!
Buff City Soap never disappoints! From the moment you walk in, the store smells amazing and feels so clean and welcoming. I love that their products are handmade and customizable, you can literally find something for every mood. The staff is always friendly and helpful without being pushy. They take time to explain the different scents and ingredients, which I really appreciate. My favorite part is how long the soaps last and how soft my skin feels after using them. You can tell the quality is there.
I absolutely LOVE this place. I’ve been twice and had top tier experiences each time. I wish I remembered the lady’s name who helped me during my first visit, but she educated me about the different laundry options and helped me pick the right one. She also helped me customize my own scent. I went back today for refills and replacements and Minola was WONDERFUL. She listened to my quirky opinions about scents, custom created hand soaps for me in the scents I wanted, and gave me a sample I ADORE (and will be back for).
Came in for a first time experience with Ms. Minola and was serviced extremely well for my birthday. The soaps are very fragrant, and I appreciate the customizable variety. I will be back to shop for my home soon.
