I love Buff City Soap! Went to this location during Destination Stars Hollow and it was so fun and festive! I purchased laundry soap and car air freshener. Associates were friendly and helpful.
The layout of the store is beautiful and the scents are great. However, the staff is the real weakness as they are disorganized, overwhelmed and so uptight that it takes away from the experience.
Amazing candles, laundry powder with the option to boost with banking soda, and other persona care and household items. Great for gifts or for your own home. My favorite scent is commando. A little expensive, but they always are running specials and email coupons if you sign up for their loyalty program (free to sign up and maintain).

I have been a customer at the Brighton location since they opened. I have always had wonderful customer service until today. I have bought several bottles of the coconut lotion over the past year. I went in last week to purchase a new bottle. They didn’t have any available on the floor so they made me a bottle. Unfortunately, when I got home I realized that it didn’t have any coconut scent to it. I returned to the store today to ask if they could add more coconut scent.
