This place is great. I’ve been here a few time for gifts, soap for the house, and the dryer balls! Every time I’ve been here the folks working have been so pleasant and helpful. Today I was helped by Holly and she was fantastic. Super cheerful and very helpful. She recommended some new items for me to try and recommended a new scent that I’m in love with! Thanks Holly!
It's a great place to buy quality soap, laundry detergent and other items. It's not cheap but quality never is.
I would like the manager of this location to reach out to me in regards to my experience today. New employee was pretty rude. We're understanding people but not when we're given attitude. We're very regular customers of this location, we even buy soap to send to my MIL in Massachusetts. Customer service has gone down hill a bit after employee and management turnover. I hope someone reaches out.
