Every time I come in, Whitney is the one helping me, and she is always friendly, hardworking, and provides excellent customer service. I honestly never have any complaints and will continue coming back because of the great experience. My only concern is seeing her have to handle the workload by herself, especially on 50% off days when the store is extremely busy. I love Buff City Soap. I used it exclusively for 5 years but then they closed the Kingsport location. Went to get some while in town and they had neither face soaps. 2 soaps and out of both. Not a customer to be seen.

I was a bath and body works super fan until I stepped foot in this place. I had a coupon for a free bar of soap and fell in love with Narcissist scent. It's my favorite scent. I started using it regularly, and kinda forgot about all my bath and body scents. Then after about six months I realized I hadn't used bath and body products in a really long time.
