Don’t expect customer service here and if you decide you don’t like something you are stuck with it. Crappy return policy and crappy service

VERY disappointed. Got the runaround 3x. 3 store visits to speak to manager, but none of them were ‘authorized’ to exchange my online order that shipped from Johnston. Why would I ship it back to exchange if I’m local!?!? Thousands of products, wonderful products! But cannot exchange my UNUSED online order. Very nice staff, not their fault. Upper management is at fault apparently.
