I want to shoutout how incredibly helpful Meghan from the Dothan Buff City Soap location was with my dilemma. I initially called asking about an item I wanted to use as baby shower favors. My mom and I went to the Dothan location during the laundry sale to get our containers refilled. When we arrived there was a kids birthday bath bomb making party happening. The two employees were doing their best to maintain the party and fulfill all the customer orders (laundry sale is their busiest weekend). I have been to and used Buff City products for a while now but I recently went to the Dothan location, they said they could customize the lotion and make it any scent. I was very disappointed when I got home and used my new soap and lotion, they have no scent at all! The dryer ball I purchased smelled awesome in the store but I used two of the them in a small load of clothes and no scent at all! I will probably not go there again.
