I visited the store today with my mom and her friend. While one cashier was polite, the situation became unnecessarily complicated when we asked about the “buy two, get one free” promotion on home items. Although the issue had already been resolved after payment, another employee intervened, refunded the transaction, and required us to pay again. Megan was so much help. She was so sweet and I could’ve talked to her all day! Loved all of the amazing scents!
My husband and I were out shopping and we walked in this store just to see what all they had, very friendly welcome and any questions asked were answered with a smile! We are so in love with the laundry soaps and the bar soaps we are now frequent customers of theirs! Our favorite scent is Narcissist and Muse
