BEWARE. Ordered online for store pickup and the order was cancelled immediately, so I stopped at the store and they are out of laundry soap except for one scent for the next two weeks. Then ordered for delivery. Picked Apple Pay and somehow the Shopify app was used and sent my product to the wrong address. Turns out I can’t cancel the order though even though they canceled my pickup!?@&. Then it gets worse, I looked at my past order…. Turns out they only delivered half of the product!!! My husband and I have been buying their soap and laundry soap for about three years now, but have noticed they have less less options of soaps every time we visit. They have discontinued a few of our favorite scents. They used to have a whole wall of soap now just a little section. Makes me sad. We might go look for other options if they continue to do this. But otherwise we really enjoy the product and do recommend them
It's been over a year since I bought anything from here. I don't know if it's the management or the lack of employees caring. I used to come in every month to buy there seasonal themed soap. They just care about laundry soap now. It isn't long until the out of business sign is hung on the door.
Amazing store with amazing products and staff. Highly recommend!!
