I have never been into the store before, I was gifted a pack of laundry detergent and I loved it so I wanted to purchase. When I walked in I was greeted with a hello, but nothing after that. I didn’t know how to shop there or find things, I couldn’t find the scents or how to find testers. I was really sad to have this experience, because I really like the product. I’m a grown man and I love ❤️ this place. I discovered a hand soap 🧼 scrushey thing. I love ❤️ it. The men’s soaps and lotions are awesome. The location is notorious bad.plenty of parking. Btw, it’s Christmas time and stocking stuffers are all in there.
Dishonest and disappointing experience. Their website duplicated a pickup order by charging my card and shipping the order. When I tried to cancel the order I had to leave an email once it arrived I attempted to return it to the Alabaster location since I got no where via their customer service emails. I sent approximately 5 emails with an auto reply of your complaint has been updated.
