Update over a year later: Taking away a star. Different people SAME rudeness. I went in yesterday (9.13.2025… over a year after the original poor experience) and was met with a very stand-offish person. I asked about a scent that was seasonal for the summer and was told they didn’t have enough to make a laundry soap. No big deal. I placed 2 unscented laundry soaps on the counter to have them scented and was waiting for the woman to finish with her current task.
