I love this place! Everyone is always so cheery. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I am slowly gathering my own inventory. I have not used the product that I didn’t like. The laundry soap is incredible. Both liquid and powder and last a long time. The body, scrubs and body butter are just phenomenal big fan of the body oils as well. As someone who is well-versed with the company, I was extremely disappointed with this location. As we walked in, the employee looked up and ignored us, then went to the back. She continued doing closing duties. We had to speak up and say hello when she walked over and made eye contact with no intention of speaking while pulling the trash. Very unpleasant experience. Said hello as I walked in and was ignored. The employee cared nothing of helping me understand what the different products were. As someone who isn’t versed in the world of soaps and scents , I should have went elsewhere.

Edit to my previous 5 star review. The quality of the soap has drastically declined. I have purchased this soap and intended on staying a customer but the 4 bars I just finished from a purchase from a month prior were nothing magical as before. I dollar brand of Castile soap would had been better. Used to I felt so clean, moisturized, and the lovely scents from the essential oils used smelled so good.
