Always friendly staff absolutely love all the products. Fresh cotton is my favorite but they really have great scents and can't go wrong. Love cleaning, showering ,and doing my laundry with these products!!
Love this store. Definitely obsessed with the fresh cotton scent. I use all the things. The employee I always see is super nice and helpful.
My wife and I stopped by while it was bit busy, and Niya and Alehandra were both so friendly and helpful. They worked great together, awesome communication, everyone was taken care of. Great customer service we’ll definitely be back!
I went in to this place bc I heard they give samples. Niya made me a sample of the powder laundry soap and when we went back in for my friend to get a sample, she told her that bc she was with me, she cldnt have any samples. She sd she was ordered by the store manager Kendra not to. I’m just confused on why if my friend hadn’t gotten a sample, why she cldnt get one. I’ll just stick to my Tyler detergent! These people won’t get a dime of my money!
I absolutely love shopping at Buff City Soap! The staff is always so helpful and welcoming — they greet me as soon as I walk in and always let me know what’s on sale. They’re happy to help you find exactly what you need and even help create custom scents for gifts. I gifted the “Slice Of Heaven” scent to a friend and it smelled AMAZING! Such a fun and friendly experience every time I visit. Highly recommend!
