My wife and I stopped by while it was bit busy, and Niya and Alehandra were both so friendly and helpful. They worked great together, awesome communication, everyone was taken care of. Great customer service we’ll definitely be back!
I went in to this place bc I heard they give samples. Niya made me a sample of the powder laundry soap and when we went back in for my friend to get a sample, she told her that bc she was with me, she cldnt have any samples. She sd she was ordered by the store manager Kendra not to. I’m just confused on why if my friend hadn’t gotten a sample, why she cldnt get one. I’ll just stick to my Tyler detergent! These people won’t get a dime of my money!
I absolutely love shopping at Buff City Soap! The staff is always so helpful and welcoming — they greet me as soon as I walk in and always let me know what’s on sale. They’re happy to help you find exactly what you need and even help create custom scents for gifts. I gifted the “Slice Of Heaven” scent to a friend and it smelled AMAZING! Such a fun and friendly experience every time I visit. Highly recommend!
I love this place! Everyone is always so cheery. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I am slowly gathering my own inventory. I have not used the product that I didn’t like. The laundry soap is incredible. Both liquid and powder and last a long time. The body, scrubs and body butter are just phenomenal big fan of the body oils as well.
