Had a great time with the bogo today! The girls were so nice! Ruby and Miranda were a delight and take great care to attended to me even though it was my first time in and they were super busy with their refills. I never knew so many people had so many containers they could get refilled can’t wait to do laundry and come back for more!
I have been shopping at this store for years. I came in today to make a purchase and to get the free bar of soap that is on my rewards account. I especially wanted to use it this month due to missing out on it last month. I asked the employee ringing up my purchase if I got the bar of soap free which she said. When I got my receipt, it was not free. She asked another employee what needed to be done. They faked a purchase just to see if the offer was showing and it was. What a great experience! Elijah, Ruby and the crew provide AMAZING customer service. I could have gone to a closer location but this group goes above and beyond. The products are beautiful, smell phenomenal and I can't wait to come back. Make the drive to Little Rock to shop with these helpful people!
AMAZING experience! My best friend and I came in to make body oils and lotions and somehow left having made laundry detergent too. Luke was beyond patient, super fun, extremely knowledgeable, and just exciting to work with. He absolutely did his thing—give that man a raise!
