I must strongly advise consumers against visiting this establishment. Unfortunately, I experienced an uncomfortable and disheartening interaction (or lack thereof) with the staff. I drove 40 minutes to this Buff City location because my young daughter wanted bath bombs. Upon entering, we were not greeted by staff, instead, staff members looked at us and continued with busy work and ignored us. Every time I stop in everyone is so kind! Today a lady let my children paint bath bombs while I shopped, they loved it! This store is always so clean and organized!
