Update 7/8 in response to owner: Out of all that I wrote about my customer service experience, your response is that you offer boxes? How was I to know that if the salesperson didn’t say “would you like a box or a bag for your items?” I visited the store today (2/16/25) expecting to have a great experience like my last visit a month ago, but I was incredibly disappointed. I am so disappointed! This was my first visit to Buff City Soap. I found the body butter and was excited to try it. It has a whipped texture and smelled heavenly. I purchased $60 worth of products and left the store excited to share my new find with friends. I placed the products in my car and continued to run errands. Later that afternoon, I went to show my daughter my purchases. When I got out the body butter, it was a complete liquid. It had melted in the car! When I stopped into Buff City Soap, I didn't plan on buying soap, but the fragrances and friendly service made me stay and buy something to try. I expected to pay much more for these high quality and effective products. So far I've bought and enjoyed creamy hand lotion, fragrant moisturizing soap, and laundry powder that lasts a long time and made my towels soft again, just as the salesperson promised. Nice store. Disappointed no soap samples like the Tennessee store. And the four soaps for $10 not knowing what they are and then you have to buy four not one of them. Won’t be making that drive again to this store.
