Only leaving this review as a one-star because of the online shopping experience was not secure enough and my credit card information was stolen after ordering online. Products are great but I caution ordering online until they get more security for their credit card purchases.

I like the service of these folks. I like the scents. I’m not very impressed with the bath bomb products. I had tried three different scents and each of them left an oil and color residue in my bath tub.

I’ve been using their laundry soap for the last year and I had been pretty happy with it until I brought a container back for a refill. You are suppose to receive a small discount for doing so - but I also believed the intent of this process was to minimize plastic waste, which is important to me. Unfortunately, the staff at the store informed me that it is their “policy” to refuse to refill a container with anything other than the EXACT same soap listed on the originally purchased packaging.
