Staff is super kind and generous with the samples! The sample of the detergent they gave us made our clothes smell better than any other detergent has, we ran right back in and bought more. It’s worth the price. The rewards are great too, we got a discount for signing up and $10 when we came back!

As I was entering the bathroom that was on the sales floor, an employee told me the restrooms aren't for the public. I was a paying customer, and I told her that I couldn't hold it. She denied me using the restroom, and was very rude about it. I had to walk over to the dollar tree down the street to use the restroom amd almost peed myself in the process. I wish I would've gotten the employees name so I could speak to the manager about how rude she was to me. I'll never go to that location again.

I like the laundry detergents but cannot afford to keep using. I think the price is ridiculously high and I'm going back to Tide. In addition, they are not very friendly in the store and had signs up for sales but would not honor them. Just said someone didn't take the sign down.
