Friendly and helpful staff and we all love their products. The laundry detergent can get just about anything out of clothes. They deserve a 5/5 just for that.

I got their laundry soap and a scent beads for laundry. Everything smelled so good. I enjoy my laundry products so far. I also got some bath bombs and the pink one I got stained my tub and skin. I won’t be getting bath bombs from them again.

Great products, selection, and customer service. We had a birthday party for my daughter there and they were very accommodating and friendly. Highly recommend their products. Prefer: laundry detergent, soaps, car fragrances, dryer balls with scents, and bath bombs. The mystery boxes are a fun gift for someone.

One of my favorite stores in Dubuque. All of the employees are very helpful and I have never had a bad experience there. They always go out of their way to help everyone in the store. I love their laundry detergent and body butter. Highly recommend Buff City Soap!!

I really enjoyed coming into this store. As a man they have a very great variety of options to choose from. Also, the customer service here is very great. My favorite scent is commando. The beard oil is amazing. I highly recommend coming here!
