First time ever seeing and being inside of a Buff Soap and let me just say it is wonderful! Holly was so sweet and kind to explain the different items they have and also gave recommendations as well. Picked up a car freshener and mentioned that it was my first time here- and Holly was so sweet to give me a freebie! Definitely will be back! :) 💕

I walked into this store today to inquire about booking a future birthday party. There were zero customers in the store. The employees were in the back & I know they saw us because we saw them. No one came out to assist us nor even speak to us, therefore after standing there being ignored … drumroll ….. we left. I’m not going to beg to give anyone my business.
