Love the laundry scents amd how the smell lasts months after the wash ;)
12/12. The manager Alisa refused to make me a new scented laundry detergent and told me that I needed to buy the rotten brown bottle instead. I requested multiple times that a new bottle be made with refusal. I found your staff to be overwhelming rude with a stare down contest at the register. I had been a customer since opening and had never had an issue. When your detergent turns brown, it stinks!!!! It has to be made FRESH!!!! It is rotten when it turns brown!!
I love their products! My skin feels great!
