If you're looking for wonderful hospitality and customer service this is the place. Everything is so affordable and the workers make ever effort to help and show you what everything is. The environment is warm and welcoming. 10/10 for the short girl with the wonderful laugh behind the counter.

Placed an online order with the Texarkana, Tx store being my selected store. However, my order was shipped from the store in Bossier City, LA. It appears the soaps were just sloppily thrown in the box. Order was received with 5 or 6 of the bar soaps not wrapped, and only 2 of the 14 soaps had a name label around them. I love your soap, but not all scents. Therefore, the name label needs to be on them. I've never experienced such poor packing from Buff City. First time I've been here. It smells wonderful as soon as you walk in, and of course, everything in there smelt amazing! Plant based products are made for everyone. They have accessories, soaps, bath & laundry products, sets, face & and body moisturizers. Go check them out. You won't be disappointed.

First time ever going into buff and I was honestly amazed. That is one of the coolest shops I've ever been in. They had a awesome selection and sweet staff. Will be recommending and going back.
