Went in on my birthday, and the employees were super sweet. Both wished me a happy birthday and offered help if I needed any. I typically don’t like to be bombarded by employees, I like to just look around on my own. So it was nice to walk in, be greeted, and allowed to just walk around and smell everything without feeling overwhelmed by pushy store associates. I absolutely love the soap and shower oil I chose. The scent is pleasant and lasts a long time. This was my first visit, and I will be returning to try more.
Luce was the best! Answered my questions as a first timer, complimented me, and got me HOOKED on body butter. 💕
I’m a loyal Buff City Soap customer, but this location was a disappointment. I waited for help customizing a product, and staff completely ignored me—yet I noticed they were quick to assist men who walked in after me. The dynamic was hard to miss, especially coming from a group of white female staff members. It felt like there were some serious issues with professionalism and bias.
