This is a review to not only backup a separate, previous review that there IS bias and ignoring customers but I'm also here but also to say . . . The kids will be alright. I came here today to browse because it looked like a unique place to try. When I entered, there was a younger employee with dark, shoulder length hair. Love this place and the staff is always so friendly.
Went in for the Earth Day sale to refill my laundry soap and very pleased with my experience. Luz was so nice and efficient with getting my scent right while Chloe answered all of my questions while checking me out. They both were so kind and even checked around the store/in the back when there was a car scent just recently pulled off the shelf that I wanted and I was still able to get a few of them! The hand mixed products are always so good, will definitely give their other soaps a try soon! Love this place <3
Went in on my birthday, and the employees were super sweet. Both wished me a happy birthday and offered help if I needed any. I typically don’t like to be bombarded by employees, I like to just look around on my own. So it was nice to walk in, be greeted, and allowed to just walk around and smell everything without feeling overwhelmed by pushy store associates. I absolutely love the soap and shower oil I chose. The scent is pleasant and lasts a long time. This was my first visit, and I will be returning to try more.
Luce was the best! Answered my questions as a first timer, complimented me, and got me HOOKED on body butter. 💕
