Worst customer service. I just left after visiting for my first time. There were two employees in the store and I was the only customer. Not one person said hello to me or asked me if I knew anything about their products. I was in the store for about 10min then decided to take my business to a store that would appreciate my business. I try to support local but not when they act like they can’t be bothered. Get better sales associates, you’re loosing money with the people you have currently working.
Had an online order shipped to my house and had a bad experience with the shipment from rochester. Careless packing and tape job. Lost most of my shipment in transit. This store went above and beyond to take care of my order when they didn't need to. I truly appreciate them and all they did. Thank you.
Ummm I can’t support this place ever again as I just had the WEIRDEST experience here. I buy my laundry soap here every month (about $60 for 2 of them) I came here today and the associate refused to let me pay with a $100 bill. I asked her to use the marker on it and she said “yeah it’s not accurate sometimes” I’m a nurse and I drive 12 miles out of my way just to specifically come to this store for my laundry soap. The 2 females who were working on September 25th at 3 pm thanks for this great experience lol NEVER again.
We had my daughter’s birthday party here and can’t say enough good things about it! Brionna and her staff went above and beyond! The entire party ran smoothly and the girls had so much fun!!! I highly recommend a birthday party here!
