I love going into Buff City Soap. It smells so nice and the employees are always so nice and helpful. Plus, I have an addiction to Narcissist and Fresh Cotton laundry soaps and scent boosters!
This was mine and my daughters first time in Buff city and it was amazing will for sure go back! The sales associate working was so helpful and so friendly I would recommend this location to anyone!
If I could give 10/5 stars I would! Whitney is a Scent Goddess (you may use that as a job title). She greeted us. Answered all of our questions. She mixed up our scents for us. All with a beautiful smile and a lovely laugh. She is phenomenal and I will go back and spend money there anytime I am in town. She is a keeper and should be doing customer service training for all retailers!
I come to buff city every couple of months to get my laundry soap refilled and had a special visit this time. Whitney made me feel like family and was so helpful and welcoming. Not only was she super kinda but very personable. She was quick with making my custom sent and truly made my whole day. Whitney you’re the best girl!!!! I will definitely be coming to this location over others simply for her!!!
I love all your products. I love the way they smell and make my skin feel! Narcissist is my favorite scent aside from all hail the queen! This store is amazing along with the whole company! Every store I've ever been to has been an awesome experience. My only problem is not having thousands of dollars to buy everything when I go in.
